Steps to Advertise Products Online
Step 1:
Fill out the application form on ePinayStore. Ensure to put all required information. Incomplete information delays the processing of requests. Only one product per form.
Step 2:
Attach the photo of your product and submit the form.
Step 3:
Wait for the notification e-mail from PFLCW Secretariat. It will contain the insertion number, which will help you monitor your ad placement on our website.
Step 4:
Pay the insertion fee at any Metrobank branch in your area.
Step 5:
Fax the deposit slip with your name and insertion number to 740-4676 (Attn: PFLCW, Inc. Secretariat). No ad placement requests will be processed without the deposit slips faxed to PFLCW Secretariat.
Step 6:
Allow 24-48 hours of processing.
FEES
Insertion fee (fee to list a product) –Php200 per product for a year
Yearly renewal of insertion – PhP100 per product
Once orders are placed, PFLCW, Inc. requires a minimal fee of three (3) percent per total transaction sale (final value fee) for its bartering and shipping services, which will be deducted to the total amount of cash transaction. For barter, traders are required deposit the final value fee before closing PFLCW Inc. closes the transactions.

TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Follow these 6 steps to buy/barter products online:
Step 1
Fill out the Order Form and indicate payment: barter or cash.
Step 2
The PFLCW Secretariat will coordinate with the suppliers. Through the Supplies Confirmation Form, suppliers will notify the PFLCW Secretariat if they are amenable to the terms and conditions of sale.
Step 3
Customers and traders should deposit their payments, including freightage, to the bank (cash) or ship products and deposit the final value fee (barter).
Step 4
Fill out and submit the Payment Form. Either attach the scanned deposit slips and waybills online or fax them to the PFLCW Secretariat. If you will not send the deposit slips (cash) and/or traceable shipping documents (barter) to PFLCW Secretariat, we will not proceed with the transaction. Upon receiving the Payment Form, we will verify the payment from Metrobank and confirm the date and shipment of goods.
Step 5
Suppliers will fill out the Shipping/Delivery Form as a confirmation that they have already sent the goods. The PFLCW Secretariat will forward this document to the customers as proof of delivery. Allow 5-7 working days for product delivery.
Step 6
After each completed transaction, fill out the Customer Feedback Form.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Once orders are placed, PFLCW, Inc. will coordinate with traders and sellers as to the shipping details and expected delivery date. Traders and sellers should provide the delivery tracking number for their package when shipped, so the Secretariat and customers can check its status online and know exactly when it will arrive.
Traders and sellers assume full responsibility for product spoilage. Buyers should shoulder the shipping expenses.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours upon order placement. Once payments are made, no cancellations will be accepted.
